Established in 1975, Crowd Systems is the brainchild of a director of security and a concert promoter. These two entrepreneurs, with their combined talents and distinctive understanding of crowd management and security services, founded the first event staffing company in the Greater Kansas City area.

Today, Crowd Systems is owned by three partners who oversee every event to ensure client satisfaction:

Jane Kincaid – president / chief financial officer

As one of the company’s founders, Jane has been involved in every aspect of the company at one time or another. She currently oversees the company’s financial matters, such as contract administration and accounts receivable. Jane is proud that Crowd Systems is able to provide so many jobs to local residents—“We’re actually a small company; we just have lots of employees.”

Keith Adkins – vice president / general manager

Joining the Crowd Systems team in 1986, Keith quickly moved through the ranks from event staffer to general manager. As one of the company’s partners, Keith works directly with clients to design their crowd management and security programs. He’s also responsible for managing day-to-day operations and running events—“As with all of our employees, I enjoy the variety that Crowd Systems offers.”

Angela Sandoval – vice president / administration

Responsible for the administration of Crowd Systems, Angela is involved with many aspects of the business, including human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, marketing, and general office support. Angela says the best part about her job is the people she works with—“On our own we are strong, but when we work together, we are unstoppable.”

Rounding out the Crowd Systems management team:

Deborah Holden-Johnson – personnel manager

Deborah joined the Crowd Systems team in 2000 and is responsible for the hiring and scheduling of the company’s vast employee pool. Deborah describes herself as being dedicated, hardworking, good with people, and caring to a fault—“All of which are important in my position.”
